International Delivery
We ship discreetly worldwide. Delivery estimates:
U.K: 1-2 days.
Ireland & Western Europe: 3–7 working days
Rest of Europe: 4–10 working days
USA & Canada: 2–10 working days. This depends on stock levels within our US warehouse. We will ship through Amazon to all U.S states. Alternatively you can buy through our U.S Amazon store.
Australia, New Zealand & Asia: 7–14 working days
Rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight. Please note: local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees (if any) are paid by the recipient. We can’t mark shipments as “gift.”

Orders after cut-off or during sales/launches may need an extra working day.
Pre-orders ship when all items are ready; choose split shipping at checkout if you want in-stock items sooner (additional postage may apply).
Address Changes & Order Edits
We move fast. If you’ve made a mistake, email hello@nirobi.co.uk with “ADDRESS CHANGE – ORDER #[...]” within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once packed or dispatched, we can’t update details.
