What’s your returns & exchanges policy?
Because our products are intimate, body-safe items, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We’ll happily sort a return or exchange if:
- you received the wrong item, or
- the product is faulty or damaged (your UK consumer rights apply).

Am I eligible for a return?
To keep everyone safe and hygienic, eligible returns must be:
- Sealed and unused in the original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Damages & issues
Spotted a problem? Inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right quickly and discreetly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to process the funds.
