What’s covered includes defects in materials or workmanship, battery or motor failure under normal use, charging issues, buttons and controls, seams, and waterproofing as rated.
What’s not covered?
What’s not covered?
What’s not covered includes normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes, damage from misuse, incorrect charging or improper storage, water damage beyond the stated IP rating, accidental damage, loss or theft, and items repaired or modified by anyone other than Nirobi.

To make a claim, email hello@nirobi.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and photos or video. Our UK team will help troubleshoot; if approved, we’ll repair or replace your item, or provide an equivalent or store credit if it’s unavailable. For approved claims, we’ll send a prepaid returns label and simple packing instructions.
